Return Policy and Shipping Policy
Items may be returned within fourteen (14) days of receipt by you. All returns must have an RMA(return merchandise authorization). RMA’s can be obtained through our website. Items returned without an RMA will be refused. Credit will be issued (excluding shipping and handling costs) upon return and inspection of item(s) subject to the following terms: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Items for return must be unused, in their original packaging, presentable for sale, and with all warranty cards, manuals, etc. We cannot accept returns for chemicals, lights, circuit boards and spa side controls. Special order items are not returnable. Returned items are subject to a 25% restocking charge and all shipping and handling costs. Orders refused at time of receipt are subject to a 25% restocking charge and all shipping charges.
Most orders are shipped out in 24 to 48 hours. All orders received on Friday after 12pm EST will be processed the following Monday. Orders during the busy season (March thru June) may take slightly longer. Orders are often drop shipped direct from the manufacturer to save time. If an item is backordered, you will be notified by email and have the option of canceling or substituting the backordered item.
Orders are shipped via UPS Ground, FEX EX or USPS Priority Mail. We only to ship to the 48 contiguous states. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
